Tom Burns Builders & Real Estate:
- Tom Burns graduated from Milford High in 1979; and moved from Milford, Iowa to Lake Havasu City in August of 1979.
- Tom joined the US Navy in August of 1981. He served in the Navy on the USS Goldsborough (DDG-20) as an Operations Specialist. He was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii until Honorably Discharged in August of 1984.
- Tom then moved back to Lake Havasu and started his career in Real Estate.
- Tom sold real estate and represented builders working out of various model homes; Supervising and selling new construction from November 1984 until November of 1989. Tom became a licensed Real Estate Broker in Sept 1987.
- He obtained his General Contractor’s license in January of 1990 and opened his first model home in June of 1991.
- Tom has extensive experience in building quality homes and selling Real Estate in Lake Havasu City.
- Today Burns Builders has built over 200+ custom homes with pride and true craftsmanship. Burns Builders also offers other construction services such as RV Garages, Room Additions, Patios, view Decks, and Remodels. Yes! We do it all! Our only goal is satisfied customers!
